  1.  Citation and application

(1)    This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 10) (Scotland) Order 2003.
    

(2)    This Order applies in relation to Scotland.

2.   Commencement

Section 39 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (requirements as to disabled passengers in Scotland) shall come into force on 5th February 2003.
