Part-1

1.      Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Amendment Order 2008 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is approved by a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

2.      Amendment of the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2008

For Schedule 1 to the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2008 (2), substitute the Schedule contained in the Schedule to this Order.
