Part-1

1.

(1)       This Order may be cited as the Police and Justice Act 2006 (Commencement No.4) Order 2007.

(2)       This Order extends to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

2.        

Section 41 (immigration and asylum enforcement function: complaints and misconduct) of the Police and Justice Act 2006 shall come into force in Scotland and Northern Ireland on 10th October 2007.
