1.      Citation

This Order may be cited as the Sunday Working (Scotland) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2004.

2.     Appointed day

6th April 2004is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 1 (Sunday working: shop and betting workers in Scotland) of the Sunday Working (Scotland) Act 2003.
