This document is in plain English but very comprehensive. Like all our leases, this letting agreement has been designed primarily to protect the interest of the landlord.
These leases are suitable for:
- terms of letting of a furnished caravan to a group of people for a holiday;
- a period of up to three months, but more usually one or two weeks.
It is not suitable for:
- a business letting;
- a lease for more than three months;
- a residential caravan letting - use SC-PR503.
This document includes provision for:
- all usual basic provisions;
- Rent: paid monthly in advance, but can be changed to suit you;
- deposit by tenant;
- Landlord's access: if needed;
- landlord's choice of tenant's "promises" setting out what tenant can and cannot do;
