This lease is suitable for:

• a letting for non-business use of a garage or any other small building or open land.
• a term of up to three years.

It is not suitable for:

• a business letting; (Use SC-PR503 or SC-PR504 or SC-PR511)
• a residential letting;
• premises that are part of a large, multi-let building;
• a lease for more than seven years.

This document includes provision for:

• rent - paid monthly in advance, but can be changed to suit you;
