About this document:
It sometimes happens that a contract document does not provide for personal guarantees, but one of the parties requires them. This “document” is a provision to add to such a contract to join one or more guarantors into the contract.
Who will use this document:
Any party to any type of agreement requiring the addition of a personal guarantor.
This document includes provision for:

one or more guarantors;

to be joined in the agreement;

to guarantee all aspects of the performance of the contract in question;

for the guarantee to be limited if required.
