This is a comprehensive agreement to lease any type of small plant to another business. The type of plant is of little importance – you could be renting out a portable generator or a water pump. The document will be most commonly used by any individual or company desiring to give or take on lease any vehicle of any sort or a big industrial construction plant for a fixed or extendable period.
It is not suitable for a lease to a "consumer" because these documents do not provide for the vast amount of consumer protection law.
