Net Lawman Ltd is an English company operated by Andrew R. Taylor. Most legal work is undertaken by Andrew and Rajeev Goswami, assisted by English barristers for specialist work, and Rajeev's small team of Indian lawyers, as required. We welcome documents for sale, drawn by professional draftsmen and by doing so, provide the largest, most specialised collection of legal documents available on the Internet.

Net Lawman is for anyone who needs a legal document or form – that is - almost everyone. Our customers are business managers representing business of every size, HR professionals, government agencies, NGOs, the legal profession and individuals.
How secure is this system?
Our payment gateway is 100% secure and reliable, because we use ‘Protx’. Do I need to register to use any of the service?
You need to register when you purchase any document or use any of our services. We include the registration as part of the payment procedure so it is not necessary for you to sign up unless you want to purchase from us. You may browse our vast number of legal articles, courts pages, Acts and regulations pages for free.
What if I am not happy with the service?
Please do tell us. We’d like to improve wherever possible.
Document purchases: If, after a thorough investigation by us, we have made an error at law, we shall refund the purchase price of your document and send you an amended document free of charge. If you make a mistake in choosing the correct document, we shall endeavour to help you to find the correct one. You pay only the difference in the price of the two documents.
Bespoke drafting service: if we have missed something out of your document, do let us know. We shall of course edit the document and return it to you by email.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
You can contact us at any time. We endeavour to respond within 24 hours, however, you usually receive a reply within a few hours.
What if a customer complains about the document? Am I responsible?
We deal with complaints. If we are at fault, we refund the purchase price in full and send an amended document to the customer as soon as possible. If you receive a complaint about the Net Lawman system, please contact us.

This is a relatively new concept in UK, although competition is growing. We believe we provide the best quality documents and customer service which goes above and beyond the norm. No, there is no minimum. Whilst our agreement does enable us to terminate the contract with you, our present policy is to follow the Amazon route and encourage a large number of affiliates.
What did you say about 60 days?
We said that we will keep a site visitor tagged with your tag for 60 days. So if she visits today but does not actually buy for another 60 days, we still pay you - provided you are still with us, of course.
For how long will I continue to receive level two commissions?
We will continue to pay you level two and level three commission for three years from the date of termination of your contract, provided level two and level three commission together, paid to you in the immediately preceding 12 months exceeded £200. To put it another way, it has to be worth our time and yours to keep the account open.
What sales help do you provide?
Legal documents are not an impulse buy, so pretty graphics will not sell more of them. But we do have ideas on how best to promote our products. For security, we prefer to await your joining before we tell you our secrets!
We also help you individually to develop your own ideas. We are happy to write special pages for your website or that of your downline affiliates. If your contact is with an industry sector, we will write documents for that sector so that you can promote them. We also provide:
•A discount code system where by we can offer a discount for specific documents, a specific period or to a specific group. It is up to you to make proposals.
•Loads of banner-style adverts. Quiet ads, noisy ads, large ads, small ads. You choose.
•Press release material from time to time, though we are sure your own PR will be better than ours.
•Information about what we are doing next, so that you can target a particular document or market.
What about newsletters?
Running a newsletter is a terrific way to promote Net Lawman. If you have a web site, but do not operate a newsletter, start now! It is undoubtedly the best way to bring people on board your proposals. Are you regulated by the Law Society?
No – the Law Society membership comes with strings attached for obvious liability reasons. We choose not to be regulated by them and for this reason, can offer more competitive prices to you.

In the next pay date when the outstanding amount has exceeded low payout value.
How do I increase my commission rate?
We pay you a generous commission rate from the start. We are unable to increase the base 25% directly, however, you can earn more by encouraging your business associates to set up. For every person you introduce to the Net Lawman affiliate system, who successfully signs up, you receive a further 5% of their sales. If that person introduces a third party, you receive 2% of the third party sales.
When will I receive commission?
We want to pay you as much as possible because that is an indicator that sales have been high. As long as the commission you have earned is over £10 for any month, you will be paid at the end of that month. Less than that and it is carried forward to the next month.
How is commission calculated?
We use “iDevAffiliate” which we believe is the very best affiliate tracking software. It is a web based system. We do not think any other affiliate software is sufficiently flexible for us and certainly not as easy to set up and use. As you would expect, the programme provides real time statistics, so that you can log in to iDev at any time and check up how you are doing.
How do I know you are paying me the correct amount every month?
As soon as you are listed on our system as an affiliate, your details are accurately entered into ‘iDev’. ‘iDev’ does all the work for us – there are no calculations and therefore no room for errors. Further, you can log in at any time and check how you are doing.
What is the basis of calculation?
We take the gross sale price, deduct tax if any, and pay you 25% of that. We make no prior deduction for bank costs or anything else. You get 25%, period. You will also get 5% and 2% commission for 2nd and 3rd levels.
How much do I need to know about the law to use a Net Lawman document?
Very little – our documents come with explanatory guidance notes so that a. You can complete the document with confidence and b. you know which, if any, paragraphs you can edit out, or in.

Will I as a layman, understand the document?
Net Lawman documents are drawn in plain English. We avoid legal jargon at all times, unless it is simply unavoidable. Where we do use legal words and phrases, we explain them in the document. Of course you can contact us to explain any part of the document too – you are never left in the dark.
How will I know how to edit the document and complete it?
All variable information is in blue text so you know where and how to complete the document. The explanatory drafting notes also help you to understand what each part of the document means and how it affects you. If you need more help, simply contact us.
How much shall I have to edit a document?
99% of the time, very little editing is required. However, it depends on your requirements. If you have already agreed very specific terms with the other party, the document may require amending to fit. If however, the terms are not set in stone, you can purchase a document and have it ready to go once you have added your names and other details.
How do I pay for a document?
Most people pay online. We use Protx – a World class payment provider. The payment is 100% secure – further, we never see your payment details. If you prefer, you can pay by cheque. Simply choose ‘Pay by cheque’ when prompted at checkout.

How long will it take to draw my document?
Our most standard quote is three hours for almost any type of document. However, if your requirements are complex, we may well charge more.
How is a document delivered to me?
When you purchase a document, you automatically create an account with us. Upon payment confirmation from Protx (our World class payment provider), your document can be downloaded very easily by logging back into your account.
If this causes a problem, we can email you the document.
We provide all documents in an editable Word format.
