2000, is an English company registered number 2657400. Net Lawman
is the supplier of the most comprehensive set of legal documents,
legal forms and legal advice online. We have websites representing
the UK, Scotland, Ireland (Republic), Australia, New Zealand, South
Africa and India. We aim to launch in many more countries.
Our organisational
goal is to provide best quality, cost effective, easily accessible
legal services to the World. We operate strictly in 'plain English'
and believe that the way forward for businesses and legal firms
alike, is transparency and comprehensiveness.To provide services
in the UK, we use our in-house team and increasingly, third party
solicitors not associated with us. Our in-house legal work is headed
by Rajeev Goswami. His team are versed in the jurisdictions of many
countries.
Andrew Rhodes
Taylor BA(Econ)
Andrew
has a degree in economics and was an English solicitor for over
20 years. He resigned voluntarily in order to operate
Net Lawman with unrestricted advertising. He has specialised primarily
in commercial and company law. Andrew has also
been involved as a director and shareholder in a number of businesses,
principally connected with commercial property or
the Internet.
Rajeev Goswami LLB, ACS, ACIS, MBA
Rajeev heads a successful law practice in New Delhi, India and provides services to corporate and individual clients in UK, US, Australia and India. He has been associated with Net Lawman since 2004.
In addition to a bachelor's degree in science, a PG Diploma in Sales Management and an online diploma in IPR from WIPO Online University, Rajeev also enjoys the following qualifications and memberships:
MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow.
LLB from Delhi University.
ACS i.e. Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (from which he received the 'Silver Medal' for all India highest marks in Corporate Laws paper).
ACIS i.e. Associate Member of the (English) Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
MICA i.e. Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
